Council Minutes of 8/3/20(14 Councilman Limpert scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting to immediately follow the BZD Committee on Monday, August 9, to discuss Resolutions 2004-121 and 2004-123 and Ordinances 2004-43 and 2004-126. Councilman McKay, the Planning Director and the Mayor are asked to attend. Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10, to discuss 2004-120. Councilman Nashar, sponsor of the ordinance, and Safety Director Jesse are asked to attend. The notes from the BZA should be available. On behalf of Finance chairperson Kasler, Councilman Gareau scheduled a Finance Committee meeting to immediately follow the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee on Monday, August 9, to discuss Resolution 2004-117 and Ordinance 2004-118. The Finance Director is asked to attend. Councilman Nashar made a motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss labor arbitrations regarding the fire fighters, land acquisition for the fire station and proposed legislation 2004-125 concerning collective bargaining with the Service employees unit. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Council adjourned into executive session at 9:35 p.m. Council reconvened at 10:3 5 p. m. Councilman Limpert made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Kasler. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously.
