--~ MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED JUNE 1, 2004 Present: President of Council O'Grady, Council Members Dailey, Gareau, Kasler, Limpert, McKay, Nashar. Councilman Miller arrived at 9:25 p.m. Also Present: Mayor Musial, Law Director Dubelko, Finance Director Copfer, Clerk of Council Seman President of Council O'Grady called the meeting to order at 8:01 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance as led by the 2004 Scout Honorary Officials. The Council meeting minutes of May 18, 2004 were approved as written. President O'Grady announced that the following pieces of legislation would be considered for passage under suspension of the rules: second reading, Ordinances 2004-93 and 2004-94; first reading, Resolution 2004-98, Ordinances 2004-99 and 2004-102. President O'Grady introduced Mr. Mike Fiorittto, who along with Mrs. Jan Cave, introduced the 2004 Scout Honorary Officials.
