Herschman suggested that there would not be an additional dumpster added. Mr. Crook suggested placing a horizontal light gray accent band to help break-up the wall.. He questioned if there would be any signage above the west side entrances. Mr. Herschman thought only the service area may be identified. Mr. Zergott suggested using less bar-berry and more evergreen to the landscaping along Lorain and the rest of the site to make sure that the vegetation has color year round. J. Crook motion to approve the plans as submitted with the comments of additional landscaping by a variation of plants. The addition of gray horizontal bands on the building. The mounds with fencing added along the abutting residents. Mr. Zergott strongly suggested Planning Commission have the applicants talk to the owners to address the other two buildings being tied into the new building to enhance the site. J. Nader seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. Mrs. Rote announced that the proposal would go before Planning Commission on November 25, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. C ti
