The numbering system corresponds with that <br />used in your fetter. <br />1. The property address has been added to the plans. <br />2. A title sheet, with an index of drawings,_ has been added to the plan set. <br />3. Not applicable. <br />4. A demolition plan is included. <br />5. The project surveyor is currently obtaining additional topography extending <br />30 feet on the adjacent properties. <br />6. The existing walk on Lorain Road has been labeled. <br />7. The total number of employee and customer parking spaces has been <br />shown. <br />8. A van accessible handicap space is shown. <br />9. Handicap spaces and sign detail has been added to the plan. <br />10. Curb is shown around the parking area. <br />11. The brickscape detail has been added to the plans. <br />12. A drive apron detail is included. <br />13. Details have been provided for curb ramps, pavement, aprons, catch basins, <br />headwaNs and manholes.- <br />14. Proposed gas, electric and telephone lines will be shown after coordination <br />with the mechanical engineer. <br />15. Stormwater calculations will be provided in the. next submission. <br />16. The existing ditch entering the property from the east will be incorporated into <br />the utility plan. <br />17. A swale will be added along the west property fine. <br />18. Pipe type and class have been shown. Size and slope will be added to the <br />plans. <br />19. inverts and grades will be provided as part of the completed utility plan. <br />20.
