<br />Meeting with representatives of Ganley VW and adjacent residents <br />Thursday, January 8`~", 7:00 pm <br />Council Chambers <br />Notification for the meeting was distributed door-to-door by Councilman Limpert to all adjacent <br />property owners along the project's western property boundary to specifically discuss bujjering <br />and other resident concerns. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to discuss how best to protect adjacent residents from the <br />development of the Ganley site.. Representatives of Gamey were present in order to answer <br />questions and respond to citizen concerns. This was an INFORMAL meeting between residents, <br />Gamey, Planning Director Wenger, and Councilman Limpert. Residents were informed that <br />there would be additional opportunities for citizen comments at future Planning Commission <br />meetings.. <br /> <br /> <br />
