Council Minutes of 5/4!2004 <br />Resolution No. 2004-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />^'~° Miller on behalf of Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />~~""" agreement with SBC for the purchase, installation and maintenance of an updated "911" <br />positron telephone system for the North Olmsted Police and Fire Departments. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Limpert on behalf of Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with the North Olmsted City School District to coordinate with the city's <br />Department of Human Resources to provide community service coordination and <br />intervention services as an alternative to or to supplement traditional discipline imposed <br />by school authorities and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Limpert schedule an Intra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting for '~ <br />p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, to discuss Resolution 2004-87. Mr. Copeland or his designee <br />is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting to <br />immediately follow the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee on May 11 to discuss <br />Resolution 2004-86. The sponsor of the ordinance and whoever he chooses to make a <br />presentation are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Dailey scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Building Committee meeting <br />to immediately follow the Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee on May 11 to <br />discuss Resolution 2004-84 and Ordinance 2004-85. The Safety Director is asked to <br />attend. <br />Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Finance Committee meeting to immediately follow <br />the Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting on May to discuss <br />Resolution 2004-82. The Mayor is requested to attend. <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development Committee meeting <br />for 7 p.m. on Monday, May 17, to discuss Ordinances 2004-39 and 2004-80, the Ganley <br />site plan submittal and an informative discussion and informal presentation by a <br />developer regarding a proposed development on Bradley Road. <br />Councilman Gareau made a motion that Council adjourn into executive session to discuss <br />an issue that is about to become litigation. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Nashar and passed unanimously. <br />Council adjourned into executive session at 9:57 p.m. Council reconvened at 10:36 p.m. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />C cil, President O'Grad djourned the meeting at 10:37 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
