• Council Minutes of 4/20/2004 Ordinance No. 2004-63 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance dispensing with an RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Compuhensive Business Solutions, Inc. to maintain ICES program and IPAC pocket units for the Building Department, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted the legislation had been reviewed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-63 adopted. Ordinance No. 2004-67 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter imo a contract with B&C Communication, Inc. to maintain base radios and console as well as mobile in-car radios for the Police Department, and declaring and emergency. Councilman Miller moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted it had been discussed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-68 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Verizon Wireless for the purchase of thirty (30) cell phones and related services for the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 2004-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial who noted this issue had been discussed. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the Director of Transportation. (Traffic signal I-480 eastbound at Stearns Road) Councilman Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review. Ordinance No. 2004-72 adopted. Ordinance No. 2004-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial who noted this issue had been discussed. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-73 adopted. Resolution No. 2004-74 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilmen Nashar on behalf of himself and Councilman Gareau.
