• Council Minutes of 4/20/2004 <br />Ordinance No. 2004-63 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance dispensing with an RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />contract with Compuhensive Business Solutions, Inc. to maintain ICES program and <br />IPAC pocket units for the Building Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted <br />the legislation had been reviewed in committee. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2004-63 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-67 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter imo a contract with B&C Communication, Inc. <br />to maintain base radios and console as well as mobile in-car radios for the Police <br />Department, and declaring and emergency. Councilman Miller moved for suspension of <br />the rule requiring three readings and noted it had been discussed in committee. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Miller moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-67 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2004-68 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Verizon Wireless for <br />the purchase of thirty (30) cell phones and related services for the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial who <br />noted this issue had been discussed. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of <br />North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described <br />improvement and to request cooperation by the Director of Transportation. (Traffic signal <br />I-480 eastbound at Stearns Road) Councilman Nashar moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-73 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2004-74 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilmen <br />Nashar on behalf of himself and Councilman Gareau.
