The motion was seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 200421 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 200422 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the crediting of all revenues received from <br />emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings in the year 2004, <br />which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," to the <br />General Fund, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Kasler moved for suspension <br />of the rule requiring three readings and noted the legislation had been heard in <br />committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau. Roll call: Kasler, yes; <br />Gazeau, yes; Limpert, yes, with comment. Although this money is being removed from <br />emergency medical to the General Fund, the General Fund spends several million dollars <br />a yeaz supporting those same causes. Roll call continued: Miller, yes; Nashaz, yes; <br />McKay, yes; Dailey, yes. The motion passed unanimously. Councilwoman Kasler <br />moved for adoption. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a cancellation <br />and termination of lease agreement with the Board of Trustees of the Cuyahoga County <br />Public Library for the purpose of terminating the library's lease at the site of the old <br />North Olmsted Library Building located at 27425 Butternut Ridge Road, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings and noted the legislation had been reviewed by committee. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-46 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-47 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading as <br />amended. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />a lease agreemem with the Board of Trustees of the Cuyahoga County Public Library for <br />the purpose of operating a free public library at the site of the new North Olmsted Library <br />Building located at 27403 Lorain Road, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted the <br />legislation had been reviewed by committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Miller and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Miller. Roll call: Limpert, yes, with commern. This is a <br />very exciting day for all of North Olmsted. He had the privilege of co-chairing the levy <br />on this and thinks we have built a building that all of Council, the administration and the <br />citizens of North Olmsted can be very proud of for now and many years to come.
