Special Council Minutes of 3/24/2004 <br />Resolution No. 2004-58 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />. (The Mayor noted this was the same contract as entered into last year, except there is a <br />4% increase in costs.) A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with <br />the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for mosquito control and larval aerial applications <br />in Bradley Woods, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Nashar moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilman Nashar moved <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert. Roll call: Nashar, yes; <br />Limpert, yes; Dailey, yes; Miller, yes, with comment. It seems the cost of everything is <br />going up, including the cost of operating helicopters. He noted that akeady reports of the <br />West Nile Virus, affecting both horses and humans, have been made in the Florida area. <br />Roll call continued: Kasler, yes; McKay, yes; Gareau, yes. The motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-58 adopted. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to excuse the absence of President of Council O'Grady. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed, President Pro Tem McKay adjourned the special <br />meetin at 8:20 p.m. <br />arbara L.
