Council Minutes of 3/16/2004 <br />~,, President O'Grady announced that a special Council meeting would be held at 7:30 p.m. <br />on Wednesday, March 24. The committee meetings will be suspended at that point and <br />will resume after the special meeting concludes. <br />Councilman Miller noted that the annual report for the Rocky River Court is very <br />interesting reading and does provide some insight as to what our safety forces are doing <br />in North Olmsted and how well they serve our community. <br />Councilwoman Kasler, who had been absent at the March 3 Council meeting, recorded <br />her votes as follows: yes on Ordinance 2003-144; yes for both suspension and passage <br />on Ordinances 2004-23, 2004-32, 2004-26, 2004-44 and 2004-45; yes on Ordinance <br />2004-17. <br />Councilman Nashar made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman McKay. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President O'Grady adjourned the meeting at 9:30 p.m. <br />~~ ~ <br />L.
