Special Council Minutes of 2/12/2004 <br />Resolution No. 2004-20 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution accepting a FY2004 Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") from <br />Cuyahoga County providing funding for comprehensive planning consultation services to <br />assist with the city's 2004 revisions to the city Master Plan, authorizing the Mayor to <br />enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County setting forth the terms and conditions of <br />the grant, and declaring. an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 2004-20 adopted. <br />Councilman McKay moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Kasler. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed, President O'Grady adjourned the special Council <br />meeting at 7:40 p.m. <br />°a ~.~ <br />Barbara L.
