Council Minutes of 5/4/2005 reconstructing sidewalks, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau. The motion passed with five yes votes and one no vote from Councilman Dailey. Ordinance No. 2005-46 adopted. Ordinance No. 2005-47 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $325,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles and equipment for use in carrying out fianctions of the Department of Public Service. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-47 adopted. Ordinance No. 2005-48 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $250,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system by improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Bradley, Broxbourne and Le Bern Pump Stations. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-48 adopted. Ordinance No. 2005-49 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $158,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving the city's park and recreational facilities by preparing the surface and surfacing and resurfacing the access road and parking areas at North Olmsted Park and improving and equipping the tennis and skating facilities of the Recreation Center. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $155,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring and installing computers and related equipment and software.
