Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau. The motion passed with five yes <br />votes and one no vote from Councilman Dailey. Ordinance No. 2005-46 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-47 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of <br />$325,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring <br />motor vehicles and equipment for use in carrying out fianctions of the Department of <br />Public Service. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-47 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-48 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of <br />$250,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving <br />the city's sanitary sewer system by improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant and the Bradley, Broxbourne and Le Bern Pump Stations. Councilman Nashar <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed <br />unanimously. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of <br />$158,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving the <br />city's park and recreational facilities by preparing the surface and surfacing and <br />resurfacing the access road and parking areas at North Olmsted Park and improving and <br />equipping the tennis and skating facilities of the Recreation Center. Councilman Nashar moved for <br />adoption. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of <br />$47,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving and <br />equipping the City Hall.
