Mrs. <br />Kasler was congratulated and recognized by all present. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 2005-45 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale <br />of $500,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving a Fire Station, providing fire <br />apparatus and equipment to be housed therein and acquiring, preparing and otherwise <br />improving real estate and interest therein for its site. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-46 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale <br />of $2,055,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with the Director of <br />Transportation of the State of Ohio and otherwise, by grading, draining, replacing <br />sections of concrete pavement, preparing the surface, resurfacing and constructing and <br />reconstructing sidewalks, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-47 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale <br />of $325,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring <br />motor vehicles and equipment for use in carrying out functions of the Department of <br />Public Service. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-48 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale <br />of $250,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's sanitary sewer system by improving and equipping the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant and the Bradley, Broxbourne and Le Bern Pump Stations. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-49 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale <br />of $158,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving <br />the city's park and recreational facilities by preparing the surface and surfacing and <br />resurfacing the access road and pazking areas at North Olmsted Park and improving and <br />equipping the tennis and skating facilities of the Recreation Center. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-50 introduced by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale <br />of $155,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring <br />and installing computers and related equipment and software. <br />4 <br />
