.. <br />MINUTES OF TILE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 19, 2~5 <br />Present: President Pro Tem Gazeau, Council Members Dailey, Kasler, <br />Limpert, Miller, Nashaz, President of Council Kennedy <br />Also Present: Mayor O'Grady, Law Director Dubelko, Finance Director Copfer, Clerk <br />of Council Seman <br />Absent: Councilman McKay <br />Council President Pro Tem Gazeau called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />President Pro Tem Gazeau announced that the next Council meeting would take place on <br />Wednesday, May 4, due to the Primary Election on Tuesday, May 3. <br />President Pro Tem Gareau announced that a special Council meeting would be held on <br />Monday, Apri125, at 8 p.m. Agenda items include a BZD Committee report, a Finance <br />Committee report and second reading of Ordinance Nos. 2005-46, 2005-47, 2005-48, <br />2005-49, 2005-50 and 2005-51. <br />President Pro Tem Gazeau announced that the following legislation would be considered <br />for passage under suspension of the rules: on second reading, 2005-35, 2005-38, 2005- <br />39, 2005-40, 2005-41, 2005-42, 2405-43; on first reading, 2005-52, 2005-53, 2005-55, <br />2005-56, 2005-57, 2005-63, 2005-64. <br />Councilman Limpert,Tchairperson of the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee: 1) <br />On April 5, the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee met to interview Mr. Kevin <br />Kennedy to fulfill the term of President of Council between now and the end of the year. <br />The committee and most members of Council were present and all were very impressed <br />with Mr. Kennedy. In his opinion, Mr. Kennedy has passed all tests very well. <br />President Pro Tem Gareau opened the floor for nominations for President of Council. <br />Councilman Limpert nominated Mr. Kevin Kennedy. <br /> <br />
