Council Minutes of 3/15/2005 <br />~,,,; City of North Olmsted, as a public nuisance, and further authorizing the costs to be <br />certified as a tax lien upon said premises, pursuant to Section 1331.05(e) of the Codified <br />Ordinances, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-26 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Dailey. An ordinance creating new Section 139.13 of Chapter 139 +~f the Administrative <br />Code entitled "Department of Public Safety" for the purpose of creating a new position of <br />"Assistant Course/Facility Maintenance Supervisor" within the organizational chart of the <br />Division of Springvale, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS SUS <br />Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for <br />6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, to discuss a liquor permit. <br />Councilman Dailey scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting to immediately follow <br />the Public Safety Committee on March 22 to discuss Ordinance 2005-26. The Safety <br />Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Gazeau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March <br />29, to discuss Ordinances 2005-25, and 2004-200 and Planning Commission items. A <br />Building Department representative, the Planning Director and ;the Law Director are <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled anInfra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting for <br />7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, to conduct interviews for boards and commissions <br />appointments. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President O'Grady adjourned the meeting at 10 p.m. <br />~c.~-u-c.a_.- <br />L.
