Council Minutes of 12/19/2006 Ordinance No. 2006-203 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2006. Councilman Tallon moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings as the legislation had been heard in committee this evening. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-203 adopted. MISCELLANEOUS ~i1SINESS Councilman Miller said he would like to have a log kept as to the drivers of the four administrative pool vehicles. Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006, to discuss Ordinance 2006-202. The Planning Director and Mayor are invited to attend. Councilman Gareau reminded everyone of the previously scheduled BZD Committee meeting on Wednesday, December 20. The committee will discuss Ordinance 2006-122 from 6:45 p.m. until 7:15 p.m.; the discussion on Ordinance 2006-164 will begin at 7:15 p.m. and continue as long as needed. Councilman Barker scheduled a Recreation Commission meeting for 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006 for anend-of--year review and update on Springvale and the Recreation Center. The Community Life Services Director, Springvale Manager and Recreation Commissioner are invited to attend. Councilman Miller inquired when City Council would receive the street repair list, and Mayor O'Grady answered it will be forthcoming.
