Council Minutes of 12/5/2006 <br />Ordinance No. 2006-164. The Planning Director and Law Director are asked to <br />attend. He requested that all individuals who signed the attendance sheet at the <br />public hearing for Ordinance 2006-164 be notified of the meeting. <br />Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting to immediately follow the <br />BZD Committee meeting on Tuesday, December 12, to discuss Ordinance 2006-193. <br />The Mayor, Human Resources Director, Finance Director and Law Director are asked to <br />attend. <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, for ayear-end review of Springvale and <br />the Recreation Department. The Community Life Services Director, Springvale Mgr. and <br />Recreation Commissioner are asked to attend. <br />Mayor O'Grady asked for clarification regarding Councilman Barker's comments <br />relating to his comments on the Internet. Councilman Barker said he saw the Mayor's <br />comments about 2007 being free on North Olmsted Forum, Cleveland.com the day after <br />the committee meeting. The Mayor issued a memo to Council on Saturday, November <br />18, and he did not get it out of his mailbox until Tuesday of the- following week. His <br />opinion is this information should have been presented to Council before presenting it to <br />the public. <br />Councilman Miller moved for adjournment. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Ryan and passed unanimously. With the agenda being complete and there being no <br />further business to come before Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at <br />9:12 p.m. <br />~:x <br />L.
