Council Minutes of 11/21/200b Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, to discuss Ordinance 2006-197. A representative from the Law Department, the Planning Director and a representative from the Building Department are asked to attend. Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the BZD Committee on November 29 to discuss Ordinances 2006-187, 2006-188, 2006-192 and 2006-193. The Finance Director, Mayor, Law Director and Directors affected by the transfer ordinance are asked to attend. Councilman Miller scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting immediately following the Finance Committee on November 29 to discuss Ordinance 2006-179 and Resolution 2006-190. The Service Director is asked to attend or provide written input regarding any efforts to consider the purchase of sodium aluminate with other communities. Also, Melissa Meredith, a representative of the residents who have been recently affected by odor nuisances, should be contacted. Council Member Dailey Jones scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting for 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, to discuss Ordinance 2006-194. The Mayor, Service Director, Law Director and Community Life Services Director are asked to attend. Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting immediately- following the Environmental Control Committee meeting on November 29 to discuss Resolution 2006-191, Ordinance 2006-195, and a liquor permit transfer. The Safety Director, Law Director, Finance Director, Mayor and Administrator of the Youth Services Division are asked to attend.
