Council Minutes of 11/8/2006 ,,~~++ Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting 'fir immediately following the Recreation Committee on November 14. The committee will discuss Resolution 2006-183, Ordinance 2006-184, and the issue of regulation of the storage of rock salt. The Law Director, Safety Director, Fire Chief, Service Director, guests from the Central Dispatch, and a representative of the North Olmsted dispatchers are invited to attend. He requested, since some Council Members were not on board at the time of the original meetings on this issue, that cost information be available. Mayor O'Grady agreed and said cost would be part of the presentation. Cost is a significant issue to Council and to him. Council Member Dailey Jones scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting immediately following the Public Safety Committee on November 14 to discuss Ordinance 2006-185. The Service Director is asked to attend and to provide information from the Western Reserve Historical Society. Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the Streets & Transportation Committee on November 14. The committee will discuss Ordinance 2006-122, McCormick Place referral from the Planning & Design Commission, and the issue of the extension of the testing time period for Suburban Auto. The Planning Director and Law Director are asked to attend. Councilman Miller explained that Ordinance 2006-179 would be on hold until such time as a committee meeting could be scheduled.
