Council Minutes of 11/8/2006 <br />,,~~++ Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />'fir immediately following the Recreation Committee on November 14. The committee will <br />discuss Resolution 2006-183, Ordinance 2006-184, and the issue of regulation of the <br />storage of rock salt. The Law Director, Safety Director, Fire Chief, Service Director, <br />guests from the Central Dispatch, and a representative of the North Olmsted dispatchers <br />are invited to attend. He requested, since some Council Members were not on board at <br />the time of the original meetings on this issue, that cost information be available. Mayor <br />O'Grady agreed and said cost would be part of the presentation. Cost is a significant <br />issue to Council and to him. <br />Council Member Dailey Jones scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting <br />immediately following the Public Safety Committee on November 14 to discuss <br />Ordinance 2006-185. The Service Director is asked to attend and to provide information <br />from the Western Reserve Historical Society. <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the <br />Streets & Transportation Committee on November 14. The committee will discuss <br />Ordinance 2006-122, McCormick Place referral from the Planning & Design <br />Commission, and the issue of the extension of the testing time period for Suburban Auto. <br />The Planning Director and Law Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller explained that Ordinance 2006-179 would be on hold until such time <br />as a committee meeting could be scheduled. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:20 p.m. <br />L.
