An ordinance temporarily amending the Traffic Control File of the City North Olmsted in order to close Esther Avenue at the Fairview Park Corporation line to through traffic during the Clague Road reconstruction project, authorizing the placement and installation of all appropriate traffic control devices to effectuate such temporary street closing, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance amending Section 741.03 of Chapter 741 of the Business Regulation Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Deliveries to Commercial Establishments," so as to render the time periods within which commercial deliveries near residential neighborhoods are prohibited consistent with the loading and unloading prohibitions contained in Section 555.03(f) of the Noise Control Code.
