An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to consent to a site lease between T-Mobile Central, <br />LLC and Cingulaz Wireless LLC (FKA AT& T Wireless PCS, Inc.} to collocate on the <br />monopole cellulaz tower at Clague Park; and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />ground lease with T-Mobile Central, LLC, to permit additional area for <br />telecommunication equipment, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Gareau moved <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Council Member Dailey Jones and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-139 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-70 introduced by Councilman Barker was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance temporarily amending the Traffic Control File of the City North Olmsted in <br />order to close Esther Avenue at the Fairview Park Corporation line to through traffic <br />during the Clague Road reconstruction project, authorizing the placement and installation <br />of all appropriate traffic control devices to effectuate such temporary street closing, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker moved to table the ordinance. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. <br />2006-70 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-146 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 741.03 of Chapter 741 of the Business Regulation Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Deliveries to Commercial Establishments," so as <br />to render the time periods within which commercial deliveries near residential <br />neighborhoods are prohibited consistent with the loading and unloading prohibitions <br />contained in Section 555.03(f) of the Noise Control Code. Councilman Orlowski moved <br />for suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Barker and passed unanimously.
