Council Minutes of 8/15/2006 <br />Resolution No. 2006-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Miller on behalf of himself and Council Members Ryan, Tallon and Orlowski. A <br />resolution requesting the administration to bring forward plans for an ADA compliant <br />front entrance to City Hall. <br />MISCELLANEQUS BU5#NESS <br />Councilman Bazker scheduled a joint meeting for the Recreation, Public Parks & <br />Buildings Committee and the Public Safety, Health & Welfaze Committee to discuss <br />Resolution 2006-147. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2006 <br />and the Mayor, Law Director and Finance Director are asked to attend. <br />President Kennedy assigned Ordinance 2006-146 to the Public Safety, Health & Welfare <br />Committee. <br />Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />to immediately follow the joint Recreation and Public Safety meeting on Tuesday, <br />August 22, 2006. The committee will discuss Ordinance 2006-146. The Safety Director, <br />Law Director, Mayor and Chamber of Commerce representative are asked to attend. <br />Council Member Jones made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Tallon. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 10:25 p.m. <br />~' <br />Barbara L.
