Council Minutes of 6/6/2006 <br />Ordinance No. 2006-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Miller on behalf of Councilman Gazeau. An ordinance creating new Section 763.02 of <br />Chapter 763 (Retail Business Regulations) of the Business Regulation Code in order to <br />control noise and odor emanating from vehicle repair establishments located near <br />residential neighborhoods, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2006-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with CGI Communications, <br />Inc. for the purpose of obtaining community vide showcase and community banner <br />services, both supported by local business advertising, for the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Miller on behalf of Councilman Gazeau. An ordinance amending Section 1126.09 of the <br />Zoning Code in order to change the procedure for reviewing proposed minor changes to <br />approved development proposals. <br />Resolution No. 2006-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Maxim Health Systems, <br />LLC, for the administration of influenza and pneumonia vaccines at the North Olmsted <br />Senior Center. <br />MISCELLANEOUS Bi1SIN~SS <br />Councilman Bazker scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, June 13, to discuss Springvale. C. L. S. Director Dailey and Marty Young are <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the <br />Recreation Committee on June 13. The committee will discuss P & D Commission items <br />Taco Bell and Welcome House. <br />Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the <br />BZD Committee on June 13. Agenda items will include Ordinances 2006-119, 2006-120 <br />and 2006-129; a discussion of revenues and expenses; a Rocky River Court report if the <br />information is available. The Finance Director, Service Director and Mayor are asked to <br />attend. <br />Council Member Dailey Jones scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting <br />immediately following the Finance Committee on June 13 to discuss Ordinance 2006- <br />126.
