Council Minutes of 5/16/2006 <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Ryan moved for adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-I02 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-103 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending Sections 1, 3 and 9 of Ordinance No. 2006-26 to extend the <br />period during .which the bonds authorized thereby may be issued, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Ryan moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings <br />and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Orlowski and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Ryan moved for adoption, The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-103 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-104 was introduced and planed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending Sections 1, 3 and 9 of Ordinance No. 2006-27 to extend the <br />period during which the bonds authorized thereby may be issued, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Ryan moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings <br />and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Orlowski and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Ryan moved for adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-106 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-107 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending Sections 1, 3 and 9 of Ordinance No. 2006-30 to extend the <br />period during which the bonds authorized thereby may be issued, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker <br />and passed unanimously.
