On April 26`'' City Inspector Bill Minek and City Engineer Mike Raig observed the
conditions of the storm sewer system described above. The following was observed:
;..~,,, The ditch contains a considerable amount of debris
~~ ~ The ditch contains trapped water which was not flowing
• The ditch outlet appears to have been altered which hinders flow
• The ditch inlet (storm sewer from the south's outlet) is "silted-up" to within three
inches of the top of the 15" storm sewer with another 2" of standing water within
1" of the top of the storm sewer. The 15" storm sewer receives storm drainage
from the properties to the south.
• Three yard inlets have been installed in the back yards of the Trotwood
subdivision but the two future inlets have not been installed.
• The back yards of the Trotwood subdivision are substantially flat yet undulate
with a slight tilt from the Wellington property south to the storm sewer easement.

- W *M4'N!~PPI~F"RKS§~~'+'nnit-?Q+r
