Council Minutes of 5/3/21T06 <br />Councilman Ryan scheduled anInfra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting far <br />6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, to discuss Ordinance 2x46-92. The Building <br />Commissioner is asked to attend. <br />Council Member Dailey Jones scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting <br />for Tuesday, May 9, immediately following the Intro-Governmental Relations Committee <br />meeting. The Streets & Transportation Conunittee meeting will end at 7 p.m. The <br />committee will discuss Resolutions 2()06-87 and 2006-88. The Service Director and the <br />Law Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller asked Council Member Dailey Jones to discuss in her committee <br />meeting funds left over from the 2004 borrowing which allow some repairs to be done to <br />streets in the Laurell Woods development and other areas. Mrs. Dailey Jones agreed to <br />do so, and Mr. Tallon said he also would discuss it during the Finance Committee. <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Monday, May <br />15, to discuss Planning & Design items. The committee will discuss Fifth Third Bank, <br />Welcome House and Olmsted Plaza. The Planning Director, City Engineer, Law <br />Director and a Building Dept. representative are asked to attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:47 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
