The motion was seconded by Councilman Ryan and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-32 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-33 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of <br />$2,875,000 for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with <br />the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County and otherwise, by grading, <br />draining, widening, replacing sections of pavement, preparing the surface, surfacing and <br />resurfacing, constructing and reconstructing sections of the pavement base, curbs, gutters, catch <br />basins, manholes, sidewalks and driveway approaches and installing traffic signs, signalization <br />and signalization systems, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Ryan and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-33 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-34 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of <br />$2,090,000 for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with <br />the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio and otherwise, by grading, draining, replacing <br />sections of concrete pavement, preparing the surface, resurfacing and constructing and <br />reconstructing sidewalks, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. 'The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Ryan and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-34 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-35 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of <br />$560,000 to pay costs of acquiring emergency rescue squad and other motor vehicles and related <br />equipment for the city's Fire Department. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Ryan and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-35 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-36 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of <br />$360,000 to pay costs of acquiring and installing computers and related equipment and software. <br />Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller. Roll <br />call: yes votes: Tallon, Miller, Gareau, Dailey Jones, Orlowski, Tallon; no vote: Ryan. The <br />motion passed with six yes votes and one no vote. Ordinance No. 2006-36 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-37 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of <br />$330,000 to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles and equipment for use in carrying out functions <br />of the Department of Public Service. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Ryan and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-37 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-38 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of <br />$255,000 for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system by improving and <br />equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Bradley, Broxbourne and Le Bern pump <br />stations. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Ryan and passed unanimously.
