Council Minutes of 12/18/2007 <br />amended. Councilman Tallon moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings <br />noting the legislation had been heard in committee. Ordinance <br />No. 2007-140 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2007-141 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the city, to enter into and execute an <br />agreement with the Senior Transportation Connection of Cuyahoga County, Ohio <br />("STC"), extending the Tatter's lease of real property owned by the city and located at <br />26272 Butternut Ridge Road to June 30, 2008; and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2007-141 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-143 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Sections 351.18 and 351.20 of the Traffic Code in order to <br />increase the penalties for handicapped parking violations so as to mirror current state iaw, <br />as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-146 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Human Resources, on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted, to apply to the Bureau of Workers Compensation for allowance to begin aself- <br />insured workers compensation program for North Olmsted employees; further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute any contracts or related papers required to effectuate <br />such aself-insured program; and declaring an emergency.
