~ ~ Council Minutes of 12/4/2007 MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Gareau scheduled a joint meeting of the BZD and Streets & Transportation Committees at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 to discuss Ordinances 2007- 124 and 2007-133. Representatives from the Law Department and Service Department are asked to attend. Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 to discuss Planning & Design item, M1 Motors. The Planning Director is asked to attend. Councilman Barker scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 to discuss the ADA grant issues and Resolution 2007-141. All of Council, Planning Director, CDBG Committee, Law Director, Finance Director and Community Life Services Director are asked to attend. Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 to discuss Ordinances 2007-139, 2007-140, Resolution 2007-146, and questions regarding the financial reports submitted by the Finance Director. The Finance Director, Mayor, Law Director and Human Resources Director are asked to attend. Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for 9 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 to discuss Resolution 2007-142 and Ordinances 2007-143 and 2007-82. The Law Director and Safety Director are asked to attend. Councilman Miller made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Ryan. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Tallon made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously.
