Resolution No. 2007-129 adopted. Resolution No. 2007-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with the City of Bedford Heights, providing for the said city to house North Olmsted prisoners at the Bedford Heights City Jail, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2007-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance extending the temporary moratorium on the issuance of public right-of--way permits to service providers and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2007-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Gareau on behalf of himself and Council Member Dailey Jones. An ordinance amending Sections 901.04 and 901.05 of Chapter 901 (Excavations) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, respectively entitled "Contractor To Make Street Repairs; Failure To Comply" and "Deduction And Refund" in order to regulate right-of--way excavation deposits and restoration by private contractors not affiliated with public utilities or communication companies. Ordinance No. 2007-1.34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance creating new Section 131.02 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Authority to Accept Donations," in order to authorize the Mayor to accept certain donations on behalf of the city. Ordinance No. 2007-135 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2002-103 in order to authorize the Mayor or his designee to utilize the services of collection agencies to more effectively collect EMS billing delinquent accounts. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, to discuss Ordinances 2007-127, 2007-128, and 2007-134.
