Council Minutes of 11/7/2007 Ordinance No. 2007-119 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance locally designating and naming the entire section of County Road Nos. 76 and l 18 as located within the City of North Olmsted, from the city's southern corporation line to its northern corporation line, Stearns Road. Resolution No. 2007-121 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into a contract with the West Life Publishing Co. for the purpose of publishing a North Olmsted Magazine for the 2008 calendar year. Ordinance No. 2007-123 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to establish revised charges for the use of the municipal sanitary sewer system; repealing existing Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances; and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance No. 2007-96 introduced by Councilman Ryan on behalf of himself and Councilman Orlowski was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Section 111.09 of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Project Labor Agreements," providing the Mayor with discretion and authorization to negotiate and enter into Project Labor Agreements on specific city improvement projects as amended. Resolution No. 2007-126 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. .A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2008, all money due and owing said city from any collection source. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2007. Ordinance No. 2007-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance to request proposals from certified public accountants to provide GAAP conversion assistance services for the preparation of the 2007 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), and also, as an option to be exercised by the city, for the 2008, 2009 and 2010 annual reports; and further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with the professional selected in the RFP process, and declaring an emergency.
