Council Minutes of 11/7/2007 <br />Ordinance No. 2007-119 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance locally designating and naming the entire section of County Road Nos. 76 <br />and l 18 as located within the City of North Olmsted, from the city's southern corporation <br />line to its northern corporation line, Stearns Road. <br />Resolution No. 2007-121 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into a <br />contract with the West Life Publishing Co. for the purpose of publishing a North Olmsted <br />Magazine for the 2008 calendar year. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-123 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted to establish revised charges for the use of the municipal sanitary sewer system; <br />repealing existing Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances; and declaring an <br />emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-96 introduced by Councilman Ryan on behalf of himself and <br />Councilman Orlowski was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Section <br />111.09 of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Project Labor <br />Agreements," providing the Mayor with discretion and authorization to negotiate and <br />enter into Project Labor Agreements on specific city improvement projects as amended. <br />Resolution No. 2007-126 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />.A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2008, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source. Councilman Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and formal committee review as it has been discussed. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 2007-126 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-127 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2007. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance to request proposals from certified <br />public accountants to provide GAAP conversion assistance services for the preparation of <br />the 2007 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), and also, as an option to be <br />exercised by the city, for the 2008, 2009 and 2010 annual reports; and further authorizing <br />the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with <br />the professional selected in the RFP process, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2007-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into <br />an agreement with the Ohio Association of Second Harvest Food Banks.
