MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED JUNE 5, 2007 Present: President of Council Kennedy, Council Members Barker, Gareau, Dailey Jones, Miller, Orlowski, Ryan, Tallon Also Present: Mayor O'Grady, Law Director Dubelko (left the meeting at 8:40 p.m.), Finance Director Copfer, Clerk of Council Seman President Kennedy called the meeting to order at 8 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance as led by the 2007 Scout Honorary Officials. Councilman Gareau made a motion to remove Ordinance No. 2007-30 from the BZD Committee and place it on the agenda for second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. The minutes of the Council meeting of May 15, 2007 were approved as written. President Kennedy announced the following legislation would be considered for passage under suspension of the rules: second reading, Ordinance 2007-54, Resolution 2007-61; first reading, Resolutions 2007-69 and 2007-70. President Kennedy introduced the 2007 Scout Honorary Officials Committee: Linda DeMarco, Mike Fioritto, Lois Zolar and Christie Kort. The 2007 Scout Honorary Officials were introduced: Planning Director Human Resources Director Service Director Safety Director Clerk of Council Finance Director Law Director Ward IV Councilman Ward III Councilman Ward II Councilman Ward I Councilman Councilman-at-Large Councilman-at-Large Paul Moizuk, Troop 332 Joseph Palascak, Troop 332 Benjamin Deike, Troop 630 R.
