Council Minutes of 5/]5/2007 <br />Ordinance No. 2007-63 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance creating new Section 111.011 of the Administrative Code, entitled "City <br />Police Towing and Storage contracts," in order to authorize the Mayor to execute towing <br />and storage contracts with towing contractors who meet North Olmsted Police <br />Department rules and regulations. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, to discuss Ordinance 2007-41. The Safety <br />Director, Planning Director, T-Mobile representative are asked to attend. Also, <br />neighboring residents will be notified. <br />Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />for May 22 immediately following the Recreation Committee. The agenda will include <br />Ordinances 2007-58 and 2007-63 and Resolutions 2007-59 and 2007-61. The Law <br />Director, Safety Director, Service Director and Human Resources Director are asked to <br />attend. <br />Councilman Ryan scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting for <br />6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, to interview Angela Williamson for an appointment to the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />Councilman Miller made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Tallon. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:20 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
