Council Minutes of 4/17/2007 <br />Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2007-37 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance creating new Chapter 913 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, <br />entitled "Fats, Oils and Grease -Interceptor Installation and Waste Disposal," and <br />amending Section 911.12(c)(3) and repealing Section 911.12(e) of the North Olmsted <br />Codified Ordinances. <br />Resolution No. 2007-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into <br />an agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners to receive funds from <br />the FY2006 State Homeland Security Grant Program allotted for the start-up costs of the <br />Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT) and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2007-39 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2007-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution proclaiming May 7t" as AIDS Orphans Day in the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio and declaring an emergency. Councilman Tallon moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 2007-40 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a ground lease with option agreement <br />with T-Mobile and approving site development to locate a cellular monopole tower and <br />facilities at Fire Station #2, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2007-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to purchase various vehicles and <br />equipment for the Service Department through the State Purchase Program; further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase; <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Tallon moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Miller and passed unanimously.
