Council Minutes of 4/17/2007 Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2007-37 adopted. Ordinance No. 2007-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance creating new Chapter 913 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, entitled "Fats, Oils and Grease -Interceptor Installation and Waste Disposal," and amending Section 911.12(c)(3) and repealing Section 911.12(e) of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances. Resolution No. 2007-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners to receive funds from the FY2006 State Homeland Security Grant Program allotted for the start-up costs of the Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT) and declaring an emergency. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a ground lease with option agreement with T-Mobile and approving site development to locate a cellular monopole tower and facilities at Fire Station #2, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2007-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to purchase various vehicles and equipment for the Service Department through the State Purchase Program; further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase; and declaring an emergency.
