Council Minutes of 2/20/2007 Ordinance No. 2007-20 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Gareau. An ordinance amending Section 1126.11 (Deviations From Approved Plans Prohibited) of Chapter 1126 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code in order to require that developers certify that site development plans and building elevations submitted to the city Building or Engineering Departments incorporate all requirements of the final development plan approved by City Council. Resolution No. 2007-21 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. A resolution accepting a donation of field reconditioning services from the North Olmsted Hot Stove League for Diamonds 4 and 5 at North Olmsted Park, and waiving field prep fees and permit fees for the North Olmsted Hot Stove League for the year 2007, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS $USINESS Councilman Barker reminded Council about the previously scheduled meeting of the Recreation Committee at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, to hear the presentation of the Recreation Master Plan. The C.L.S. Director, Planning Director, Recreation Commissioner, Recreation Commission members, City Council members, and members of the administration are invited to attend. Council Member Dailey Jones scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, to discuss Resolution 2007-19. The Service Director is asked to attend. Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, to discuss Resolution 2007-15. The Building Commissioner may attend or provide written input. Councilman Gareau commented, pursuant to Council Rule 45, that he reserves the right to remove by motion Ordinance 2006-122 from committee at the next Council meeting. Councilman Tallon scheduled the Finance Committee budget hearings. The tentative schedule is 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 24; 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28; 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 3; 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7. If there is a need for amake-up day, it will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 10. With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:15 p.m. 11
