Council Minutes of 2/7/2007
along the entire perimeter, debris is as follows: dead trees, stumps, branches on the
ground, man-made materials of any sort, vines (killed but not removed, poison ivy or
grape) and such removal shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Building Dept. by
May 15; any further accumulation of debris shall be subject to property maintenance and
not subject to enforcement under this section. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Orlowski and passed unanimously." Under Red Lobster, "Councilman Gareau moved to
approve the amendment to approved landscape plans for Red Lobster, 25615 Brookpark
Road, subject to the recommendations of the various boards and commissions. The
motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously." Councilman
Orlowski asked to make a further amendment to the minutes in the section about North
Olmsted Town Center with regard to what type of vines would be removed. Councilman
Gareau said he was not in a position to be able to take that amendment because that
change did not occur during the meeting-he was correcting the minutes to add what had
taken place. Council Member Dailey Jones seconded the motion to amend the minutes of
December 19, 2006 as requested by Councilman Gareau. The motion passed
unanimously.
With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before
Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 10:30 p.m.
li".a~,~,---
arbara L. Seman, Cle of Council Kevin M. Kennedy, President of Council
21
