Council Minutes of 12/2/2008 continued: Jones, yes; Gareau, yes. The motion passed with six yes votes and one no vote. Ordinance No. 2008-146 adopted. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings noting the legislation had been reviewed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. A resolution authorizing the payment of three thousand, five hundred seventy-seven dollars and fifty cents ($3,577.50) to Boss Concrete for the installation of concrete at the North Olmsted Recreation Center skate park and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings noting the legislation had been heard in committee. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2009, all money due and owing said city from any collection source.
