Council Minutes of 12/2/2008 <br />continued: Jones, yes; Gareau, yes. The motion passed with six yes votes and one no <br />vote. Ordinance No. 2008-146 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2008-150 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2008, as <br />amended. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings <br />noting the legislation had been reviewed in committee. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2008-150 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2008-152 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and <br />legislative personnel for the year 2009 and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Resolution No. 2008-153 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the payment of three thousand, five hundred seventy-seven dollars <br />and fifty cents ($3,577.50) to Boss Concrete for the installation of concrete at the North <br />Olmsted Recreation Center skate park and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Mahoney moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings noting the legislation <br />had been heard in committee. The motion was seconded by Council Member Jones and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption, and the motion was <br />seconded by Council Member Jones. Roll call: Mahoney, yes; Jones, yes; Kearney, yes; <br />Orlowski, yes; Barker, yes; Gareau, yes; Ryan, no. The motion passed with six yes votes <br />and one no vote. Resolution No. 2008-153 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2008-154 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2009, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by Council Member Jones <br />and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2008-154 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2008-155 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending Sections 3 and 8 of Ordinance No. 2002-103 which, inter alia, <br />established fees and charges for emergency medical services rendered by the North <br />Olmsted Fire Department, as previously amended by Ordinance No. 2002-154, in order <br />to increase fees and charges and further to provide for all billing revenues to be paid into <br />the General Fund. <br />Ordinance No. 2008-156 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending Section 949.03 (Cutting and Trimming Required) of Chapter 949 <br />of the North Olmsted Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code in order to more <br />19 <br />
