f ~~ MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED OCTOBER 28, 2(108 Present: President of Council Kennedy, Council Members Barker, Gareau, Dailey Jones, Kearney, Mahoney, Orlowski Also Present: Mayor O'Grady, Law Director Dubelko, Finance Director Copfer, Clerk of Council Seman Absent: Council Member Ryan President Kennedy called the special Council meeting to order at 8:35 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. President Kennedy invited Councilman Kearney to lead the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Members of the audience were invited to come forward and speak with regard to items which were on the agenda for reconsideration and/or tabling. No one came forward. RECONSIDERATION, TABBING, REPORTS Councilman Gareau made a motion to reconsider Resolutions 2008-115, 2008-116; Ordinance 2008-118; Resolutions 2008-125, 2008-126. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Councilman Gareau made a motion to table Resolutions 2008-115, 2008-116; Ordinance 2008-118; Resolutions 2008-125, 2008-126. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2008-115, Resolution No. 2008-116, Ordinance No. 2008-118, Resolution No. 2008-125 and Resolution No. 2008-126 were tabled. Councilman Barker made a motion to reconsider Exit 2 Storage. The motion was seconded by Council Member Dailey Jones. Roll call: Barker, yes; Jones, yes; Mahoney, yes; Orlowski, yes; Kearney, yes; Gareau, abstain for the purpose of an attorney/client relationship with Mr. Schmidt. The motion passed with five yes votes and one abstention. Councilman Barker moved for a recess of the special Council meeting in order tc convene a Building, Zoning & Development Committee meeting. The motions was seconded by Council Member Jones and passed unanimously.
