Council Minutes of 11-17-2009 the Older Americans Act (Hot Lunch Program) and the Caregiver Programs, and further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant, if awarded, and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate receipt of the grant, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings for the explanation given by Community Life Services Director Dailey that the packet is due back by November 20, 2009. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution 2009-137 adopted. Ordinance 2009-138 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Gareau. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Gareau made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings per the request of the Clerk and himself that the Codified Ordinances are revised and taken care of before December 31, 2009. The motion was seconded by Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. Dennis Lambert 25057 Carey Lane asked if the city has determined who's going to do the recodification and how much it's going to cost. Mr. Dubelko said the city is under contract with the Walter Drane Company. Mr. Lambert asked if this legislation was for the contract. Mr. Dubelko said no. Mr. Lambert withdrew his question. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2009-138 adapted. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Kearney scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 to discuss response times or any other concerns pertaining to the fire department. The Fire Chief and Safety Director are asked to attend. Councilman Gareau scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 to discuss legislation 2009-135. The Finance Director is asked to attend. Councilman Barker scheduled BZD meetings for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 and Wednesday December 16, 2009 to discuss Ordinances 2009-63, 2009-64, 2009- 86, and 2009-100 all of which are related to the Wind Turbine Overlay District.
