Council Minutes of 9-15-2009 <br />Ordinance 2009-114 was introduced by Councilman Gareau and given its first reading. <br />An ordinance amending the range of compensation rates and salary ranges for <br />administrative and legislative personnel so as to change the salary range for the Assistant <br />Clerk of Council; and to otherwise restate the compensation rate ranges for said various <br />administrative and legislative personnel for the year 2009, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Gareau moved to suspend the rules. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. <br />Dennis Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane: Barbara, make this really good. This is the last one. <br />Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Orlowski and passed unanimously. Resolution 2009-114 adopted. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />September 22, 2009 to discuss legislation 2009-104, 105, 106 and 113. The Finance <br />Director, Human Resources Director and Service Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Orlowski scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 7:45 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 to discuss legislation 2009-112. The Service <br />Director and Law Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Mahoney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks, and Buildings Committee <br />meeting for 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 to discuss ordinance 2009-109. The <br />Community Life Services Director and dog warden are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Public Safety, Health, and Welfare Committee meeting <br />for 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 to discuss Codified Ordinance Section <br />505 Animals and Fowl dog nuisance issues. The Law Director, Safety Director, and <br />animal warden are asked to attend. Councilman Gareau notified Councilman Kearney <br />and the Clerk that he will forward residential contact information in order to notify some <br />residents that might be interested in attending. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the Council meeting at 9:35 p.m. <br />Marie Gallo, Clerk of Council evin M.
