Council Minutes of 5/6/2009 <br />Resolution No. 2009-59 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Cuyahoga County Public Library to make structural changes <br />to the North Olmsted library building located at 27403 Lorain Road, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BTTSINESS <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, to discuss Ordinance 2009-58 and liquor permits. The <br />Safety Director and Law Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Mahoney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, to discuss Resolution 2009-59 and reconsider <br />Resolution 2009-45. The Service Director, CLS Director, and Planning Director are <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May <br />12, to discuss Ordinance 2009-56 and to review the first quarter financial results. The <br />Finance Director is asked to attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 8:52 p.m. <br />arbara L.
