Council Minutes of 3/3/2009 MISCELLANEOUS USN,, ASS Councilman Gareau scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, to discuss Resolution 2009-31 and Ordinance 2009-12. He is not a co-sponsor of Resolution 2009-31, and he requested vice-chairperson Barker preside over the committee meeting regarding Resolution 2009-31 as his wife is an attorney and he would rather not involve himself in discussion, debate, or deliberation on the legislation concerning bond counsel. The Finance Director, Human Resources Director and Law Director are asked to attend. Councilman Barker scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March Z0, to discuss Resolution 2009-30 and Ordinance 2008-131. The Service Director, Law Director, and Mayor are asked to attend. Councilman Kearney scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting for 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 to discuss Resolution 2009-28. The Mayor, Law Director, Safety Director and Police Chief are asked to attend. Councilman Kearney scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 to discuss Ordinance 2009-34. The Mayor, Law Director, Safety Director, Service Director, a representative from NOACA, and a representative from DOE Clean Cities Program are asked to attend. Councilman Orlowski scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, to discuss the annual sewer sludge report to the Ohio EPA. The Service Director and WWTP Superintendent are asked to attend. Councilman Brossard scheduled anInfra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting for 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, to discuss the Mayor's appointment of Barbara Brown to the Cultural Activities Commission for the unfinished term of 1/1/08 to 12/31!09. All of Council is asked to attend. With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 8:47 p.m. ,- L.
