Roll call continued: <br />Kearney, yes; Jones, yes; Barker, yes; Mahoney, yes. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2009-16 adopted. <br />MISCELL_A,N„E,OU„_, SBUSINESS <br />Council Member Dailey Jones scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting <br />for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, to discuss the administration's street survey <br />presentation. The Mayor, Service Director, and Engineer are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />February 10, to discuss Ordinance 2008-131. The Planning Director, Law Director, and <br />Mayor are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />for 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, to discuss Resolutions 2009-13 and 2009-14 and <br />two liquor license permits. The Safety Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Ryan expressed concern because the public hearing for Suburban Collision <br />Center was being held on a Council meeting night. Councilman Barker said that the <br />hearing would begin at b:30 p.m., and the Safety Director had assured him that Council <br />would have an hour to present their feelings. Also, Assistant Law Director O'Malley will <br />be in attendance. He thinks it will be fine. <br />Councilman Gareau reminded all present that a budget meeting had previously been <br />scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, and the follow-up meeting at 7 p.m. <br />on Thursday, February 5. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:17 p.m. <br />,, <br />arbara L.
