Council Minutes of 1/6/2009 <br />Councilman Ryan scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting for <br />7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13. The Mayor, Finance Director, Planning Director are <br />asked to attend. The committee will consider Resolution 2009-4 and will consider and <br />discuss with the administration all the efforts they have made with other departments of <br />government and what they have done to try to secure funds for the city over the last year. <br />Councilman Orlowski scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 9:30 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, January 13. The Service Director, Law Director, WWTP <br />Superintendent, and a representative from CT consultants were asked to attend to review <br />the June 2008 and December 2008 information received regarding our system of <br />controlling the storm water drainage, where we are looking at adding additional capacity <br />for storage at the two pumping stations and if there are other alternatives. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 10:30 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
