WILAMOSKY AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 911.03 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ENTITLED "CHARGES GENERALLY" WHICH IS A PART OF CHAPTER 911 ENTITLED "SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM CHARGES", AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 911.03 entitled "Charges Generally" of Chapter 911 entitled "Sanitary Sewerage System Charges" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, which now reads as follows: "911.03 CHARGES GENERALLY For the purposes provided in Section 911.02 there is hereby levied and charged upon each lot, parcel of land or premises having or required to have a connection with the system, or otherwise discharging sewage, industrial wastes, water or other liquids, either directly or indirectly into the system, sewer charges payable as hereinafter provided and in amounts to be determined as follows: (a) For premises supplied by metered public water supply, the following rates shall apply to be computed on the basis of water consumption as measured by such water meter, to-wit: (1) From August 1, 1971 to January 31, 1976, $6.95 for the first 1,000 cubic feet or any portion thereof of water consumed per quarter, and at the rate of $6.95 per 1,000 cubic feet of water consumed thereafter, but not less than $6.95 per quarter. (2) From February 1, 1976 to April 1, for the first 1,000 cubic feet or thereof of water consumed per qua the rate of $7.45 per 1,000 cubic consumed thereafter, but not less quarter. 1977, $7.45 any portion rter, and at feet of water than $7.45 per (3) From and after April 1, 1977, $11.92 for the first 1,000 cubic feet or any portion thereof of water consumed per quarter, and at the rate of $11.92 per 1,000 cubic feet of water consumed thereafter, but not less than $11.92 per quarter. The rate established in (a)(2) hereof shall continue in effect and the rate established in (a) (3) hereof shall not go into effect. as specified provided that a Charter Amendment, which is presently scheduled to be voted upon in a special election on March 22, 1977, is adopted. Said Charter Amendment, if adopted, would provide a method of financing the debt services for the sewer treatment facilities up to a meximum of three mills.
