DEPARTMENT, AND <br />ADOPTING VARIOUS RULES AND REGULATIONS, AND <br />ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Organizational Chart of the Fire Department of <br />the City--o ort~i Olmsted, Chapter 141, Section 141.02, entitled <br />"Composition and Classification" of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances <br />shall read as follows: <br />A. That the Organizational Chart for the Fire Department and the <br />personnel set forth in the Organizational Chart shall consist of the <br />Chief of Fire who shall be in charge of the entire Fire Department. <br />B. The Fire Chief shall also be in charge of the General Duty <br />Uniform Roster, which shall consist of: One (1) Assistant Fire Chief; <br />Four (4) Captains; Six (6) Lieutenants; and Twenty-Seven (27) Firemen. <br />C. The Fire Department as constituted herein shall be classified <br />by the Director of Safety, as required by law. <br />SECTION 2: That Council does hereby establish salaries for the <br />various members of the Fire Department covering the years of 1980 and <br />1981, and the same shall be as follows effective January 1, 1980: <br />Effective January 1, 1980 <br />A. Fire Chief <br />Assistant Fire Chief <br />Captains <br />Fire Lieutenants <br />Fireman after Second Year <br />Fireman - Second Year <br />Fireman - First Year <br />Full-Time Fireman working for <br />City during off-duty hours <br />$29,040.00 Annually <br />25,699.00 Annually <br />23,363.00 Annually <br />21,239.00 Annually <br />19,308.00 Annually <br />17,663.00 Annually <br />15,011.00 Annually <br />the <br />$4.25/hr. to $6.25/hr. <br />which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. <br />B. That effective January 1, 1981, and thereafter, the base <br />salaries of the members of the Fire Department are hereby fixed and <br />determined to be as follows: <br />
