g~:+.m. « iaw, <br />Handbook for Sewer S stem Evaluation and Rehabilitation, EPA <br />430 9-75-0 1; and 40 CFR Part 35, Subpart E, dated February 11, <br />1 1974, and September 27, 1978. Twenty-five (25) copies of <br />the report will be submitted to the City. <br />1.2 Project Manager <br />Dalton shall designate William H. Moss, an employee of <br />Dalton, to act as Project Manager for the Basic Services as <br />set forth in Paragraph l.l. <br />1.3 Time of Performance <br />Basic Services as set forth in Paragraph 1.1 shall be completed <br />in fifteen (15) months contingent upon the timely performance <br />and review of those other than Dalton. <br />1.4 Additional Services <br />Dalton .shall provide Services for the Project when authorized <br />in writing by the City in addition to those services set <br />forth in Paragraph 1.1. Such Services shall consist of <br />providing any other services not otherwise included in this <br />Agreement or not customarily furnished in accordance with <br />generally accepted engineering practice or sewer system <br />evaluation surveys under U.S. Public-Law 92-500 as amended. <br />ARTICLE 2, THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2.1 The City shall, without expense to Dalton: <br />2.1.1 Provide full information available from its files <br />regarding requirements-for the Project. <br />2.1.2 Arrange for the City Service Department to assist <br />in locating and uncovering all manholes so that Dalton can <br />gain access. <br />2.1.3 Arrange, through the City Service Deartment to <br />supply water from hydrants and necessary hose and hydrant <br />fittings for rainfall simulation tests. <br />2.1.4 Arrange for the City Service Department to obtain <br />access and clearance onto private properties where necessary <br />to conduct the rainfall simulation tests. <br />2.1.5. Perform all preparatory cleaning of all sewers <br />justified for internal inspection according to the technique <br />recommended by Dalton in proper sequence and timing so as to <br />avoid unreasonable delay in the progress of Dalton's Services. <br />2.2 The City shall designate a representative authorized <br />to act in his behalf with respect to the Project.
