Ordinance No. 2009-112 <br />in an extraordinary sewer bill caused by an accident or emergency at the user's <br />property, the Service Director shall conduct an investigation of the accident or <br />emergency, and may make an equitable adjustment to the user's sewer bill where <br />the accident or emergency caused the user to use an extraordinary amount of water <br />and the extraordinary amount of water did not directly enter into the City's public <br />sewers. ~'~~~'~°r ~~^°~'~ If the user is dissatisfied with the decision of the Service <br />Director, he or she may appeal the decision of the Service Director to an appeals <br />board consisting of the members of ia~'~° r ° °„*°a *^ ~~~' ~ °~*~°~*°a ~.., the <br />Environmental Committee of Council, and the Building Commissioner and Finance <br />Director. r~ .~ *'~e.. ,,n"e~+;,,° ° ~~,° +;~:°,a a ~ *• <br />.., ...
