„ ~ <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2009-95 <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately <br />due to the pressing need of the City to renew critical insurance and claims service <br />coverage for its operations prior to the end of this calendar year and to protect the City's <br />finances by authorizing a competitive proposals process, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ e~...~cc.J l op y <br />A <br />tBARBARA L.
