°y <br />~, <br />Ordinance No. 2009-94 <br />Be amended, and, as amended, shall read as follows: <br />"SECTION 1: That there is hereby established a program fee of eighty dollars ($80.00) <br />for cases. of delinquency and unruly and, in cases of traffic violations, a program fee <br />ranging from seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) <br />based upon a published schedule of traffic offenses to be charged to the parent or other <br />guardian of each juvenile who participates in the Community Diversion Program of the <br />Division of Youth Services. In addition to this fee, each said parent or guardian of a <br />juvenile, who violates the Program's guidelines and is filed upon in Juvenile Court within <br />one year of his or her admission to the program for delinquency and unruly cases and <br />within ninety (90) days for tobacco and traffic violations, shall pay an administrative <br />fee which shall be no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and no greater than one <br />hundred dollars ($100.00). Said administrative fee in each case shall be determined by <br />the Administrator of the Division of Youth Services, who shall base it upon the severity <br />of the violation committed. All fees provided for herein, which are collected by the <br />Administrator of the Division of Youth Services, shall be used exclusively for Division of <br />Youth Services services, including, but not limited to, program and interventions and <br />operating expenses for such for youths and families involved in community diversion." <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with or in conflict <br />with this Ordinance, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict with this Ordinance, be <br />and hereby are repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: U ~ lc~,t..1/ C~l> ~' First Reading: ~ ~ 06/ <br />Second Reading.• S'~ ~/~'~c~ 9 <br />Third Reading}• " ~" ' " "" <br />Committee: ~i~ .u_a <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ // <br />~' ~u Cirerr~e <br />BARBARA L.
