<br />ate.. <br />Ordinance No. 2009-79 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND THE STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby authorized and <br />directed to amend the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon the <br />elimination of the "No Right Turn on Red" prohibitions ^~ rr°~*'`T^,~~,°r~ ,~°,•'°.,,,,.a ~* r ^~~:~ <br />~~K~• nn T ., ., D^., .a .,~ !''1.,..,,° D.,.,.a. i2«.,.,L.•..,.-1~ Dl.~.a + (`1~..,,° D,..,,a. <br />., ~~-~... ~_~~~ ~~ ..~~s~., ~ o~~P~-~~-a~~~~~on Brookpark Road <br />Extension at Dover Center Road; and on Cedar Point Road at Columbia Road; and further the <br />modification of the following "No Right Turn at Red" prohibitions: on Maple Ridge Road at <br />Clague Road to limit it to the time periods of lam - 9:30am and 4--E 2:30pm - Sim on <br />school days; -arr~l-use tie--n}ed~~o~~-o~ "'`~e~~gn*~~~ed~e~~t-ien 2 on the <br />Interstate I-480 exit ramp at Clague Road to limit it to the time periods of lam - 9:30am and <br />4pm - 6:30pm on weekdays; on Brookpark Road at Clague Road to limit it to the time periods of <br />lam - 9:30am and 4pm - 6:30pm; and Lorain Road at Clague Road to limit it to the time periods <br />of lam - 9:30am and 4pm - 6:30pm. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to remove the existing <br />signs or install new signs, as appropriate, at the intersections described in Section 1 above in <br />accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic <br />Control Devices. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest date provided for by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ 2e~ ~~ ~~ <br />r <br />ATT <br />~ ~ ~. l~C.ct-~- Ol <br />ARBARA L.
